Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading or using the PRIVA Wallet application or visiting privajet.fi (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PRIVA Wallet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms of Use in full.

2. Description of Service

PRIVA Wallet is a self-custodial, open-source desktop application that allows users to manage PRIVA tokens and interact with the Ethereum blockchain. PrivaJet does not custody, hold, or control any user funds at any time.

3. Self-Custody and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials.
• All transactions initiated from your wallet.
• Ensuring you are using the correct wallet address before sending any assets.
• Maintaining backups of your wallet data.

PrivaJet cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions under any circumstances.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on privajet.fi or within the PRIVA Wallet application constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and you may lose some or all of their value. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) rules.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the wallet software for malicious purposes.
• Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The PRIVA Wallet software is released under the terms of its open-source licence (see the repository). The privajet.fi website design, logo, and content are the property of PrivaJet and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrivaJet and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
